We ship both from our QLD warehouse and directly from our distributors to insure the best availability. When the product is shipped from different locations cut off times may vary. We use a highly efficient inventory, shipping and delivery system and those efficiencies result in huge savings that we pass along to you! Our shipping partner organisations are AUSPOST, FAST TRACK and SENDLE.

Packaging, Handling and Insurance.
You agree to pay all shipping, packaging, handling and related insurance costs and fees, which may include a profit. In the event that Customer returns goods permitted under our Returns Policy, Customer shall insure, at Customer’s expense, all goods shipped in an amount at least equal to the unpaid purchase price of the goods.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RISK OF LOSS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SHIPMENT OF RETURNED GOODS.
After shipment, packages can’t be rerouted or placed on hold for pick through carrier hub.
REFUSED and UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Any refused shipments or orders that can not be delivered for any reason including incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailable for delivery, etc. and returned back to store will incur a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of the returned shipment and the original freight cost. If the customer requests that these orders be re-shipped, we will waive the 15% restocking charge and quote shipping cost to send it again. Our Free Shipping guarantee is applicable to one paid order and one shipment attempt only. It is paramount important for a customer to provide correct shipping and billing addresses to avoid delays and extra costs.
We strictly do not deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags and incomplete addresses. In case a customer decided to provide a working office address the parcel will not be left at the concierge or service desk. All parcels received from Vextra Security will require a customer signature.
We will also never instruct our shipping courier service partners to place valuable parcels in any places at the destination property address. If an addressee is not present at the delivery time a notification card of attempted delivery will be placed in the mail box. The shipping company may or may not attempt another delivery.
